v0.4.0 - Major Update

Major update to the software.  There's still much to be done.

The software now selects skills and feats depending upon the background and class selected.  This was harder than I thought it was going to be.  Just gotta' remember that this is just data.  lol  /wrists

In the pipeline:

• Better UI
• Moar datas
• Bug fixes (this is not an easy piece of software to code...)

Please support as you see fit!  The software runs for free in the browser.  :)
